Marketing Manager - California - Medical Device

At Kinetica we are currently representing a growth stage, commercial medical device company, developing revolutionary access device technology for neurovascular interventions.They are currently searching for a Marketing Manager to coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing in cross-functional teams for new product development.
• Contribute to product specifications and value communication.
• Drive business case planning, forecasting, and planning for new products.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, assess indications, and collect market research.
• Analyze neurovascular landscape, conduct competitive product analysis, and evaluate campaigns.
• Lead training, participate in promotional activities, and coordinate trade shows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience working in the Medical Device Industry, preferably with neurovascular or catheter based devices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Leadership and budget management abilities.
