About the Company:
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join an analytical sciences company to focus on growing the business through new and exist accounts (primarily existing).
 
Responsibilities: 
Contribute to overall revenue growth through sales with existing US accounts.
Promote the full portfolio of products and services to existing and prospective sciences.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
Identify, engage and develop sales opportunities.
Network within accounts to engage new contacts.
Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate performance, issues and opportunities.
Lead the negotiation and management of contracts, quotes and TOB.
Develop a deep understanding of client business models and needs.
Use Salesforce to record information and interactions.
Produce weekly and monthly reports and forecast.
Create, review and update territory plans outlining strategic goals, actions, trends and observations.
Gather and communicate market intelligence.
Work closely with and collaborate with product management and marketing.
Identify and report on new business opportunities to feed into the product development department.
 
Requirements:
Proven track record of exceeding targets in sales / Key Account Management. 
Knowledge of molecular spectroscopy techniques and markets. 
Strong motivation and self-discipline to work with minimal supervision. 
Good level of practical aptitude in handling technical products. 
Demonstrable experience of working in customer focused account management.
Excellent relationship manager, ideally with experience of working with large multi-national accounts. 
Ability to use own initiative to achieve business results. 
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
