Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

About Our Client: Kinetica are partnered with a privately owned Food & Beverage Contract Manufacturer based in Fort Worth, TX on new Inventory Control Manager opening. The Inventory Manager oversees inventory levels to ensure they align with production demands and customer needs while minimizing costs and waste. This role demands strategic thinking, strong analytical abilities, and an in-depth understanding of supply chain operations. The Inventory Manager will focus on strategic planning and interdepartmental collaboration to streamline the movement of goods and services, contributing to the company's operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute inventory control strategies to ensure product availability at the right time.
     
  • Monitor and assess inventory levels using key metrics to predict needs and make data-driven decisions.
     
  • Analyze inventory trends and usage patterns to enhance stock management.
     
  • Establish and maintain inventory tracking systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
     
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and annual audits to uphold inventory integrity and regulatory compliance.
     
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory management, providing reports to senior leadership.
     
  • Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align inventory with overall supply chain functions.
     
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to address inventory-related concerns and enhance service levels.
     
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing to align inventory levels with promotions and market demand.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives.
     
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
     
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of goods.
     
  • Leverage data analytics to anticipate demand, track supply chain performance, and support strategic decision-making.
     
  • Prepare and present inventory reports, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
     
  • Integrate technology solutions to optimize inventory management practices

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
     
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.
     
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis tools.
     
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
     
  • Knowledge of best practices in supply chain management and inventory control (e.g., Just-in-Time, ABC analysis).
