Inside Sales Representative – Polish Speaker (Germany)

We are partnering with a dynamic life sciences company specializing in innovative solutions for scientific research and diagnostics to hire an Inside Sales Representative. Our client offers cutting-edge technologies that support a wide range of applications in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic sectors.

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in Polish and based in Germany. This role will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, driving growth in the Polish-speaking markets, and supporting business development efforts in Germany and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, identifying sales opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate new business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, lab managers, and procurement teams in the Polish-speaking markets.
  • Provide product information and demonstrations, addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and execute initiatives to grow the customer base.
  • Support the sales cycle by assisting in preparing proposals, quotes, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback.

Who We’re Looking to Speak With

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Polish and strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in inside sales, preferably within the life sciences or technology sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track customer interactions.
