Continuous Improvement Technician - Food Contract Manufacturing 

Based: Fort Worth, TX

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

About our Client: Kinetica are partnered with a rapidly growing Food Contract Manufacturer based in Fort Worth, TX on a Continuous Improvement Technician opening. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reports to the CI Director.
• Create, audit, and modify production SOP’s.
• Review and update product SOP’s within our ERP software.
• Create and modify product labels.
• Capture data from production trials and first production runs.
• Capture data and analysis of yields, headcount, throughput and rates.
• Work with the Operations team on Redzone.
• Audit performance boards.
• Prepare equipment SOP’s

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing setting is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel is critical for this role.
• Knowledge of creating standards and how to conduct labor and rate analysis.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and updating master data within it.
• Able to work in an refrigerated environment and stand for long periods of times.
• Able to travel up to 25%.
