Our client is a global conglomerate with a multi-billion turnover. The company manufactures a wide range of medical devices which are sold across the globe and used in a variety of medical specialties.

Kinetica has been selected by the company to lead its search for a Market Development Specialist, who will be responsible for market development activity across BeNeNord territory.

The Responsibilities

  • Identify key influencers and their needs e.g. Neurologists, EMS, ref hospitals, etc
  • Develop a targeted program that accelerates patient pathways and referrals
  • Identify and understand new stakeholders
  • Develop a local key account targeting plan
  • Identify networks and understand KOL-structure for new stakeholders
  • Support targeted key customers with optimising their referral structures
  • Act as a clinical resource for clinicians and sales teams
  • Execution and design of supporting materials for local and national events

The Requirements

  • Successful experience in selling therapy concept to a new group of customers
  • Strong team player
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis
  • Experience of Medical device, healthcare industry required
  • Ability to network with key physicians, internal and external stakeholders
