Territory Sales Manager – Medical Devices - Salary Dependent upon Experience (OTE £70k pa)

Kinetica is delighted to have been appointed to recruit a Territory Sales Manager on behalf of an exceptional surgical & laparoscopic organisation. Our client is very well-established within the marketplace, serving over 100 countries globally and offering its products in to the NHS and Private Healthcare Sectors in the UK.

The Responsibilities

  • Sell an array of surgical / laparoscopic products from the portfolio in to theatre and procurement
  • Gain in-depth product knowledge
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Prepare of winning proposals
  • Support marketing activity
  • Attend trade shows / exhibitions
  • Arrange for yourself and surgeons to attend training courses
  • Price / discount structure appraisal
  • Effectively manage your customer portfolio and provide a high level of customer service
  • Tender negotiation
  • Sales reporting and monitoring
  • Keep abreast of competitor and market activity

The Requirements

  • Strong Medical Device sales experience
  • Experience of working with customers at all levels in the NHS and private sector
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience in both account management and new business sales
  • Full driving license
  • Willing to travel across territory (East of the M1)
